- By post (please provide a stamped address envelope for return)
Please note that we no longer take prescription requests over the phone.
We now have My Health Online for repeat prescriptions. You will be required to complete a registration form and a PIN number will be issued with details on how to register for this service. You will need to nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescription for you and please allow 5 working days for the prescription to be processed. You must have completed a My Health Online (MHOL) registration form before being issued your PIN number. As part of our Practice policy we require a valid form of ID before accepting your registration form.

Some of our local pharmacies will collect prescriptions on behalf of our patients. This may well be more convenient for you as you would only need to call at your pharmacy to collect your medication. Please contact your local pharmacy for details of this service.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see the Practice pharmacist or a doctor at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
