Citizens who are registered with a GP in Wales will now be able to obtain their vaccination status via the digital NHS COVID Pass once they have verified their identity using the NHS log-in.  To set yourself up please follow the link

Please be aware that "on the day appointments" remain strictly for acute medical conditions that cannot wait.  All other appointments will be booked up to two weeks in advance.  Dr Jones would like you to know that our staff have been trained to book the most appropriate appointment for you.

Due to high levels of call volumes we may take a little longer to answer your telephone call. Alternatively, please use eConsult below.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.  There are several ways for you to obtain your repeat medication. You can contact your local pharmacy who can arrange to order your medication on your behalf.  Alternatively you can either email your request to prescription.w97028@wales.nhs.uk or register to use My Health Online  For further information on Prescriptions follow the link

Do It Online

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies.

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.
