To protect our patients and staff we have taken the decision to reduce our service to pre-booked essential appointments only. This service is available at our Bishops Road Practice.

We are still working and would like to reassure our patients that their safety is our top priority and apologise for any difficulty this may cause, especially when you are trying to ring the Practice. Please bear with us and only ring if necessary.

Access Standards

A new set of standards were announced by the Minister for Health and Social Services in March 2019 that are aimed to raise and improve the level of service for patients in Wales from their GP Practice.  Cardiff and Vale Health board will be supporting all GP Practices to ensure these standards are achieved by March 2021.  Please follow the link to view the standards Welsh Version English Version
