To protect our patients and staff it has been necessary for us to change the way we work and are now operating a predominantly telephone appointments service.

We appreciate that this is a significant change but would like to reassure our patients that their safety and the safety of our staff is our top priority.

As a result of these changes there has been a significant increase in the amount of telephone calls we receive.

Please bear with us and only ring if necessary.

Access Standards

A new set of standards were announced by the Minister for Health and Social Services in March 2019 that are aimed to raise and improve the level of service for patients in Wales from their GP Practice.  Cardiff and Vale Health board will be supporting all GP Practices to ensure these standards are achieved by March 2021.  Please follow the link to view the standards Welsh Version English Version
