We would like to reassure our patients that we are here to listen and help you. When booking an appointment our staff have been trained by the doctors to ask you questions so that they can place you with the most appropriate NHS professional.  This may be a GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacist, Practice Nurse, Physiotherapist, Optometrist, Dentist, Podiatrist.

NHS Wales App GO LIVE! 20th November 2023

NHS Wales App will be replacing MyHealthOnline on 20th November. Those signed up to MyHealthOnline will be migrated to NHS Wales app automatically so there is no need to sign up for access. Those not signed up to MyHealthOnline will need to complete a registration form on reception and show ID.

Please NHS 111 Wales - Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board - Specialties for the hospital waiting times. If the department is not listed, then the patient should contact the department directly. The practice has no special access to obtain this information.

All patient data is treated with the utmost importance.  We adhere to all guidelines in relation to the storage and usage of all and any patient data.  If you have any questions or concerns these should be directed to the Practice Manager.  Your information you rights 

Access Standards

A new set of standards were announced by the Minister for Health and Social Services in March 2019 that are aimed to raise and improve the level of service for patients in Wales from their GP Practice.  Cardiff and Vale Health board will be supporting all GP Practices to ensure these standards are achieved by March 2021.  Please follow the link to view the standards Welsh Version English Version
